Welcome to Property Powwow Platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree" or accessing the Property Powwow Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

2. Description of Service

Property Powwow Platform provides a comprehensive online education service for UK property investors, including:

  • Access to 16 courses and over 270 lessons covering various UK property strategies
  • AI-powered deal analysis tools
  • Membership in a vetted professional network
  • Participation in networking events

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

  • Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Account Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

4. User Content and Conduct

  • License Grant: By submitting content, you grant Property Powwow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You must not post unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content, violate any laws or regulations, or interfere with the operation of the service.
  • Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Property Powwow Platform retains all intellectual property rights in the service, including courses, frameworks (Nine Pillars of Wealth, Trust Bridge Model), AI tools, and platform content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription Tiers: Foundation (£300/year), Growth (£600/year), Premium (£970/year)
  • Billing: Annual billing. All fees are in GBP and non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Educational Purpose: All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Property Powwow does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
  • AS-IS Basis: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Property Powwow Platform against claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at Hello@propertypowwow.co.uk. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UK law.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
